Who can see your information
Your broker and the people in their business who help with your application, such as a loan processor or assistant.
Lenders and services your broker uses to arrange your loan, such as when they submit your application or run a credit check. Your broker needs your consent for a credit check.
The platform's support team, only when your broker asks for help, and every access is logged.
Who can't see it
If you were referred by someone (for example a real estate agent or accountant), they can see the progress of your application but not your fact find, documents or emails. Your broker chooses whether to share any individual note or message with them.
Other clients and other brokers can't see your information.
How your information is protected
Everything is encrypted when it's stored and when it's sent.
Data is held in Australian data centres.
Your bank login details are never stored; only the statements you choose to share.
You log in with a one-time code, so there's no password to steal.
