Send your broker the documents they need and sign forms online, from your phone or computer.
Who this is for: Clients of a broker
Upload documents
Open the email from your broker and click the link, or log in to your client portal and go to Documents.
You'll see a list of what your broker needs, such as ID, payslips and statements.
Click the upload icon next to each item and choose the file. You can upload PDFs or photos, up to 50 MB each.
If a document contains your tax file number (TFN), you'll be asked about it first. Choose Yes or No to continue. You can black out your TFN using Redact PDF: draw a box over it and click Apply and Save.
Each item shows its status. If your broker asks for a replacement, you'll get one email listing everything that needs re-uploading, with the reason for each.
Tips for documents that are accepted first time
Upload the original PDF where you can, rather than a photo of a screen.
Include every page, and both sides of your licence.
Make sure the document is recent (for example, your latest payslip) and not expired.
Check the name on the document matches the name on your application.
Sign documents
When your broker sends something to sign, you'll receive an email, or it will open when you log in.
Check the details that are already filled in.
Click each signature or initials box to sign, confirm the date and click Finish.
You'll receive a copy of the signed document by email.
