Start from the standard template
Effi's standard fact find covers personal details, address history, employment and income, assets, liabilities, household expenses and loan requirements. Ask your account manager for the current template to review with your team.
Request changes
Mark up the questions to add, remove or make optional.
Note any wording, help text or compliance statements your business needs.
Raise it with your account manager or at your regular check-in. We'll configure the form for your enterprise.
Settings you control (admins)
Autosave: in Admin > Forms, open the form, switch on Autosave Form and click Publish.
Smart Fill: add the Smart Fill page to a form in Admin > Forms. Choose which document types are allowed in Enterprise Settings; a type switched off there is off in every form.
Bulk upload: switch Smart Fill bulk upload on or off in Enterprise Settings.
