Set up your domain and branded mobile app

Run Effi on your own web address and publish your own app in the App Store and Google Play.

Who this is for: Enterprise admins

Your own domain

1. Ask your onboarding agent for the Domain Infrastructure document.

2. With your IT person, fill in your current IT details. Replace every {BusinessName} placeholder with your business information.

3. Send it back to your onboarding agent or [email protected].

4. We'll confirm the DNS records to add and let you know when your portals are live on your domain.

Your own mobile app

1. Ask your onboarding agent for the Mobile App Infrastructure guide.

2. With your IT person, set up an Apple Developer account and a Google Play Developer account in your business's name, following the guide.

3. Give Effi access as described in the guide.

4. Let your onboarding agent know when it's done. We'll build, brand and submit your app.

Apple and Google review times vary, so start early in your onboarding.
