Who this is for: Enterprise admins
Add chatbot credit
Go to SMS Automation.
Click Add more credit and choose an amount.
Complete the payment. You can now create or continue SMS campaigns.
Turn on auto-reload (Brokermate)
Go to Manage Payment Methods and click Add Payment Method.
Enable Auto Reload and set a lower limit (when to top up) and an upper limit (how much to top up to).
When credits drop below the lower limit, your saved card tops them up automatically.
Credit purchases are invoiced separately from your Effi subscription.
