Who this is for: Brokers, Enterprise admins
What's on the dashboard
KPI cards: leads, lodgements, approvals, settlements and deeds received. Green is on track, yellow at risk, red off track. Click a card for the breakdown.
AI Insights: a written summary of what's working, what needs attention and suggested actions. Copy it into a team update.
Pipeline: leads by stage, with a sales funnel, won vs lost and leads by referral source.
Needs Attention and Awaiting Client: overdue tasks, outstanding documents and leads stuck in a stage too long. Click a lead to open it.
Performance trends: monthly lodgements and pipeline activity. Hover for detail.
Team Scorecard and Coaching Flags (admins): each broker's results against target.
Use it
Choose a reporting period: week, month or quarter to date, current year or financial year. You can look back at earlier periods too.
Narrow it with filters: lender, lodgement type, referral source, workflow, labels or finance type. Admins can choose All Brokers or one broker.
Ask the AI reporting assistant a question, such as "Which referral source generated the most business?"
Click Refresh Data for the latest figures.
Make it yours
Click Customise Layout to add, move, resize or remove widgets. Reset Layout restores the default. Your layout doesn't affect anyone else's.
Set targets (admins)
Go to Settings > Performance Targets.
Choose Home Loans or Asset Finance and set monthly targets for each broker: leads, lodgements, approvals and settlements (count and value).
Save. Targets feed KPI cards, scorecards and AI Insights.
In Dashboard Settings, admins also choose which stages count as Won and Lost, which stages and time limits drive Awaiting Client, and the at-risk window.
On your phone
The mobile app shows the same KPIs, broker performance and Needs Attention lists. Pull down to refresh.
