Clients see texts from your own mobile number, so they know who鈥檚 contacting them.

By default, SMS goes from Effi's virtual number and client replies appear in Effi. Sending from your own number costs $9 a month (excl. GST).
Steps
Log in and go to the homepage.
Switch the toggle under your mobile number to ON.
Click Pay and Activate if prompted. You won't be asked again if you've already subscribed.
Important: when you send from your own number, client replies go to your phone and won't appear in Effi.
Want replies in Effi too? Use Aircall
If your business uses Aircall, texts sent and received through Aircall appear in the lead's Messaging tab.
Connect Aircall (see Zoom, Aircall and Voice AI).
In Aircall's webhook settings, turn on all call events plus message.sent and message.received. Turn off message.status_updated and all user events.
Send texts from the lead in Effi or from the Aircall app. Replies show in both.
Messages sent from Effi don't appear in the Aircall app's message log; this is an Aircall limitation.
