One list of everything an automation can do in Effi, so you can remove manual steps from your process.
Who this is for: Enterprise admins
Automations run when something happens (a trigger) and then carry out one or more actions. Ask support to help you set up a new flow; we'll keep this list up to date as actions are added.
Triggers
Form submitted: a client submits a form
Form submission changed: a submitted form is updated
Form progress changed: a client makes progress without submitting
Deal changed: a lead moves to another stage
Stage entered: for aggregator sync, Voice AI and stage-change messages
Actions
Action | What it does |
|---|---|
Assign a label | Adds a label, for example to start an ActiveCampaign journey |
Unassign a label | Removes outdated labels, such as "Appointment Booked" once a lead reaches Pre-Approval |
Add note | Posts a note to the lead's Messaging tab without creating a task |
Create task | Creates a task for the broker or a team member |
Include assigned member | Directs a task or message to the lead's assigned member automatically |
Get lead members | Returns the names and emails of everyone on the lead, for example to CC them all on an email |
Request documents | Sends a document collection request using a document template |
Send for e-signature | Sends a document or credit guide for signing |
Send email or SMS | Sends a templated message to the client, broker or referral partner |
Sync to aggregator | Sends the lead to Salestrekker or another aggregator |
Copy documents to cloud storage | Saves uploads to OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox, skipping duplicates |
Trigger Voice AI | Calls the lead when it enters a stage (Enterprise) |
Repeated document requests
If the same flow runs again (for example a lead moves back a stage), choose what happens to the earlier request:
Delete if no document uploaded
Delete unconditionally
Skip if document uploaded
Skip unconditionally
Tip for Power Automate users
To CC every lead member, use Effi ā Get Lead Members and join the emails: join(select(memberEmails, item()?['email']), ',').
