Team Manager visibility

A Team Manager role can be set up four ways:

Setting

They see

Show all leads by selected assigned brokers

Leads where the main broker is one of the chosen brokers

Show all leads by broker business

Leads where the main broker belongs to the chosen businesses

Only see leads when assigned (selected brokers)

Leads where a chosen broker has any role (broker, associate, member)

Only see leads when assigned by broker business

Leads where anyone from the chosen businesses has any role

Other useful roles

  • Onboarding Administrator: can create broker businesses and users without seeing any leads, client data, reports or financial information.

  • Impersonate: admins and team leads can open Brokers, choose a broker, click View Broker and then Impersonate to update their availability, email or mobile sync, credit guide, settings and calendar on their behalf.

Deactivate a user

Deactivate users who leave before deleting them, and reassign their leads and tasks first. See Reassign leads and share access between brokers.
